San Jacinto, California – One person died while another sustained severe injuries after a traffic crash on Friday night in San Jacinto, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The deadly accident occurred at about 10:10 p.m. on June 21, at San Jacinto and Esplanade Avenues.
Responding officers confirmed two cars were involved in the collision.
The two motorists were freed from their cars by the Riverside County Fire Department crews.
Both drivers sustained severe injuries and were taken to a medical center where one died while receiving treatment. Their names were not immediately released.
