Santa Ana, California – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car crash on Saturday afternoon in Santa Ana.
At around 1:56 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of East Edinger and South Grand avenues.
The officers who responded to the incident located three vehicles at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
One person was briefly trapped inside a car but was able to self-extricate.
One person was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
Another person was evaluated at the scene but declined transport to the hospital.
