Bakersfield, California – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Friday afternoon in Bakersfield.
The accident was reported around 2 p.m. on southbound Highway 99 at Panama Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.
As many as six vehicles were involved in the accident, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
