1 Injured in Miramar Motorcycle Accident on Miramar Road
San Diego, Calif. – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a car early Saturday in Miramar.
The motorcycle accident happened on the 9600 block of Miramar Road shortly after midnight, according to the San Diego Police Department.
A 30-year-old woman was driving a 2005 Camry eastbound on the highway when she crashed into the rear of a motorcycle at a red light.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured in the collision and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The driver of the car stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
