Oakland, California – One person was hospitalized after being seriously injured in a car crash on Thursday afternoon.
The accident was reported around 1:10 p.m. on 411 Brookside Drive at Fred Jackson, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A gray Hyundai reportedly slammed into a parked semi-truck in the area. The Hyundai sustained significant front-end damage in the accident.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
