Oroville, California – One person was hospitalized with major injuries following a Wednesday afternoon car accident in Oroville.
The accident happened on State Route 162 near Wilbur Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Ford pickup truck was attempting to cross SR 162 from Wilbur Road and was struck by an eastbound Chevrolet pickup truck.
The driver of the Chevrolet pickup truck suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police say drugs and alcohol did not appear to be factors in the collision.
