Palo Alto, Calif. – A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a Caltrain on Friday morning in Palo Alto.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. near the California Avenue station, according to Caltrain.
The agency says the train was heading to San Francisco from San Jose when it struck the pedestrian.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
