Sacramento, California – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred in East Sacramento on Tuesday afternoon.
The 2:52 p.m. occurred in the area of Hazel and Oak Avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A big rig and a second vehicle were involved in the afternoon collision. Although the circumstances surrounding the accident were not immediately determined, the impact of the collision reportedly sent the car off the roadway where it struck a light pole and a tree.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
