Sacramento, California – At least one person was injured in a car accident involving a California Highway Patrol officer on Wednesday afternoon in south Sacramento.
The accident happened at around 3:45 p.m. on northbound Highway 99 near the 47th Avenue exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A CHP vehicle is reported to have collided with two other vehicles in unclear circumstances.
Authorities say at least one person suffered minor injuries and was treated at the accident scene.
