Riverside, California (November 8, 2023) – One person was seriously injured in a collision involving a semi-truck near Whitewater on Wednesday morning.
The California Highway Patrol says the accident happened at around 6:34 a.m. on westbound Interstate 10 near State Route 62.
A semi-truck is reported to have collided with another car in unclear circumstances. The car got stuck underneath the truck’s trailer after the collision.
One person suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
