Dinuba, California – One person was killed and another was injured in a head-on collision that happened on Tuesday morning in Dinuba.
The California Highway Patrol says the accident was reported around 8 a.m. at Avenue 400 and Road 74.
A 64-year-old Dinuba woman was driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla eastbound on Avenue 400 when she veered into the opposite lane for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a 2019 Kia Sorento.
The Toyota driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Kia driver, a 51-year-old woman, was taken to Kaweah Health Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
