Santa Maria, California – One person died and two others were hospitalized with serious injuries following a multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Monday afternoon in Santa Maria.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the accident happened around 2:17 p.m. on Clark Avenue.
Three vehicles were involved, but circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately determined.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other parties sustained severe injuries and were taken to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment.
All injured parties were in the same vehicle.
