1 Killed, 3 Injured in West Sacramento Crash
West Sacramento, California: One person died, and three others, including a pedestrian, were hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Monday night at an intersection in West Sacramento, police said.
The accident was reported around 9:20 p.m. at West Capitol Avenue and Westacre Road.
Police responded to the scene after being notified about the crash and found a Toyota, an Audi, and a pedestrian involved in the collision.
The driver of the Audi was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two occupants in the Toyota were hospitalized with critical injuries.
The pedestrian was also hospitalized but is expected to survive.
Officers are investigating speed as a possible contributing factor.
