1 Killed and 2 Injured after Multiple Vehicles Collide in LA’s Sawtelle Neighborhood
Los Angeles, California: One person died, and two others were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that took place Thursday evening in West Los Angeles.
The accident occurred around 8:12 p.m. at Centinela Avenue and Olympic Boulevard in the Sawtelle neighborhood.
A Kia SUV, an Audi, SUV, a red sedan, and a fourth vehicle were involved in the collision. The Kia overturned onto its side and the fourth car hit a tree.
Police officers said one person died at the scene.
Another person was hospitalized in critical condition and a third victim sustained minor injuries.
The cause of the collision was not immediately known.
Officers are investigating the accident.
