One Person Killed, Another Hospitalized After Minivan and Van Collide on San Juan Road in Aromas
1 Killed, Another Seriously Injured in Aromas Car Accident
Aromas, California: The California Highway Patrol said one person died and another was seriously injured when a van and a minivan collided Wednesday morning in Aromas.
Authorities received reports of the crash at around 5:20 a.m. in the 1750 block of San Juan Road just in front of Driscoll’s, near Murphy Road.
CHP said a Chrysler Town and Country minivan collided head-on with a full-size Chevrolet Express van under unclear circumstances.
A male occupant got pinned inside one of the vehicles.
Cal Fire responded to the scene and freed the victim.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another was hospitalized with serious injuries.
San Juan Road was closed at Murphy Road and just east of the scene following the accident.
