1 Killed, I-17 North of Camp Verde Closed After Crash
Camp Verde, Arizona: One person died in a two-vehicle collision that happened Thursday morning on Interstate 17 north of Camp Verde, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. at milepost 293 near McGuireville Road.
At least one person died in the wreck.
Motorists traveling in the area were advised to seek alternatives after the freeway was shut down.
