1 Killed in Bakersfield Motorcycle Accident on Ashe Road near Houghton Road
Bakersfield, California – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a forklift in southwest Bakersfield on Monday evening.
The fatal motorcycle accident happened on Ashe Road just north of Houghton Road, at around 5:10 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol officers who responded to the incident found the rider unconscious after colliding with a forklift.
The unidentified rider was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
