1 Killed in Car Crash near Sand Canyon Rd and Sierra Hwy in Country Canyon
Los Angeles County, California: One person died, and another was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Saturday night in Country Canyon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 11:23 p.m. near San Canyon Road and Sierra Highway.
A Chevrolet Suburban and a Chevrolet Traverse were involved in the collision. One of the vehicles was reportedly speeding prior to the collision.
One person died in the crash.
Another person was hospitalized with minor-to-moderate injuries.
Both cars were towed away from the scene.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
