Fresno, California – One person died after being hit by a pickup truck on Friday evening in southeast Fresno.
The accident happened on Kings Canyon Road near Burgan Avenue at around 7 p.m., according to a local news source.
Police say the truck was traveling eastbound on Kings Canyon when it struck a pedestrian.
First responders arrived at the scene and attempted to save the pedestrian, who sadly succumbed to injuries at the scene.
