1 Killed in Fullerton Pedestrian Accident at Basque and Orangethorpe
Fullerton, California – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Tuesday night in Fullerton.
The collision happened at around 6 p.m. at South Basque and West Orangethorpe avenues.
A man was walking across Orangethorpe and was struck by a Nissan Kicks driven by a 53-year-old woman from Buena Park.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the accident scene, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
The driver of the car stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
