1 Killed in Gardena Crash at Berendo Avenue and Redondo Beach Boulevard
Gardena, California – One person was killed in a car accident on Monday evening in Gardena.
The Gardena Police Department Traffic Bureau says the accident happened around 5:40 p.m. at the intersection of Berendo Avenue and Redondo Beach Boulevard.
A red Mitsubishi and a blue Ford Mustang were involved in the collision.
Authorities say all occupants of the vehicles were transported to the hospital, where a passenger in the Mitsubishi later died.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
