Tehachapi, California – A man was killed in a head-on collision on Thursday morning in southeast Tehachapi.
The accident was reported at around 7:19 a.m. on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road south of Oak Creek Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 2023 Hyundai Tucson was traveling northbound when it collided head-on with a 2024 BMW that was traveling southbound.
The driver of the Hyundai died in the collision.
Authorities believe impairment was a factor in the accident.
