1 Killed in Head-On Crash on Interstate 580 in Oakland
Oakland, California – One person was killed in a head-on collision that happened in Oakland on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 3:10 p.m. on Interstate 580 near I-980 interchange.
A white Toyota Camry and a semi-truck collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
The Camry driver was killed in the crash.
No one else was hurt in the collision, police said.
