1 Killed in Hesperia Crash on Interstate 15 near Main Street
Hesperia, California – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Friday night in Hesperia.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 11:30 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15 just south of the Main Street exit.
A sedan was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into the back of a semi-truck. The sedan burst into flames after the collision.
The driver of the car was pronounced deceased at the scene by San Bernardino County Fire Rescue.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
