Huntington Beach, California – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Thursday evening in Huntington Beach.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Warner Avenue and Gothard Street, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
The 68-year-old Huntington Beach man was walking in the area and was struck by a car driven by a 25-year-old Huntington Beach woman.
The man was found unresponsive in the roadway and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver was unhurt.
