Kitsap County, Washington – A man died after being hit by a car in Kitsap County on Wednesday, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The collision happened on Highway 108 at Vincent Road.
The 61-year-old man from Bremerton was reportedly crossing State Road when he was struck by a 2018 Honda CRV driven by a 35-year-old woman from Lakebay Washington.
The pedestrian was transported to Harborview Medical Center where he died while receiving treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
