Lancaster, California – A woman died after being struck by a vehicle at an intersection in Lancaster on Friday night.
The accident was reported around 8:09 p.m. in the area of Elm Avenue and Avenue J, according to the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station officers.
The woman was walking across the intersection when she was hit by a Ford Flex SUX traveling east on Avenue J.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics responded to the crash and rushed the woman to Antelope Valley Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
