Lodi, California – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Tuesday night in Lodi.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened in the area of 700 South Beckman Road at around 5:10 p.m., according to the Lodi Police Department.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
Lodi Fire Department arrived at the scene and performed CPR on the victim.
Sadly the pedestrian succumbed to injuries at the accident scene.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
