1 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision at Orangethorpe Avenue and Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton

Fullerton, California – A 62-year-old Anaheim woman was killed in a multi-vehicle collision that left three other people injured early Monday morning in Fullerton.

According to Fullerton police, the fatal collision was reported at about 12:11 a.m. in the area of Orangethorpe Avenue and Harbor Boulevard.

A black Chevrolet Silverado, a blue Toyota RAV4 and BMW 428i were involved in the crash.

The BMW driver, a 25-year-old man from Anaheim, was traveling south when he failed to yield to a red light and slammed into the Toyota RAV4 that had stopped for the red light.

The impact of the crash sent the BMW into the next lane where it struck the Chevrolet.

A 62-year-old woman who was a passenger in the RAV4 was pronounced dead at the scene.

All three drivers were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.

The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
