1 Killed in Car Crash on Pacific Coast Highway near Palisades Drive
Orange County, California (November 7, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal car crash that happened in Orange County on Sunday night.
The fatal collision was reported at around 8:20 p.m. on Pacific Coast Highway near Palisades Drive.
A 1999 Plymouth was traveling south on PCH when it was rear-ended by a 2019 BMW driven by 43-year-old Evan Madison Owen.
The unidentified driver of the Plymouth was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Owen was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
