Palm Desert, California – One person was killed in a car crash on Tuesday morning in Palm Desert, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities say the accident happened around 2:50 p.m. at Hovley Lane and Washington Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
Good Samaritans performed life-saving measures on one of the drivers, who sadly succumbed to injuries at the accident scene.
One person was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
