1 Killed in San Diego Crash on 805 Freeway near Telegraph Canyon Rd
San Diego, California – One person was killed in a collision that happened in Chula Vista on Saturday night, May 27.
At around 10:20 p.m., the California Highway Patrol dispatch received reports of a traffic collision on southbound Interstate 805 at Telegraph Canyon Road.
Two cars were involved in the crash. The impact of the collision reportedly caused one of the cars to overturn.
Authorities say one of the cars hit a power pole after the collision.
One person was killed in the accident.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
