San Diego, California – A motorcyclist died in a collision in the Hidden Meadows area of San Diego near Bonsall on Friday evening.
The fatal motorcycle accident happened at Lawrence Welk Drive and Champagne Boulevard at around 6:47 p.m., according to Cal Fire San Diego.
The officers who responded to the incident found a motorcycle on fire after a crash. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital where they died.
