San Francisco, California – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in the parking lot of a grocery store in San Francisco on Monday afternoon.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 3 p.m. at the store’s parking lot at 14th and Folsom streets, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
A man was reportedly struck by a gray-colored Subaru in unclear circumstances.
Paramedics attempted to lifesaving measures on the injured man, but the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The Subaru driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
