San Jose, California – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in San Jose on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened around 2:09 p.m. in the area of Saratoga Avenue and Belvedere Drive, according to the San Jose Police Department.
A vehicle is reported to have struck a pedestrian on the highway in unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital where he later died.
