Santa Barbara, California – One person was killed in a car crash that occurred on Wednesday evening in Santa Barbara County.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the accident happened around 5:54 p.m. on Highway 1 near Black Road.
A car reportedly crashed into a parked semi-truck in unclear circumstances.
The car was pinned underneath the truck and heavy extrication was required.
