Santa Rosa, California – One person died in a head-on collision that left one other person with major injuries on Saturday evening in Santa Rosa.
The fatal crash happened around 5:15 p.m. on Roblar Road near Stony Point Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A woman was driving a Volvo SUV west on Roblar Road when she allowed the vehicle to drift into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a Toyota truck.
The driver of the Toyota was killed in the collision.
The Volvo driver was taken to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with major injuries.
