Thousand Palms, California – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly big rig collision that killed one individual on Wednesday evening in Thousand Palms.
The crash happened at about 5:16 p.m. on westbound 10 Freeway at Monterey Avenue.
Police said a blue Honda Accord and a big rig crashed for unknown reasons.
One individual died in the accident. Their name was not immediately released awaiting notification of family.
