Santa Clarita, California – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly semi-truck collision that left one individual with fatal injuries on Saturday morning in Santa Clarita.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher, the deadly collision occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on the Golden State (5) Freeway at Calgrove Boulevard.
A big rig and a second car crashed for reasons still under investigation.
One individual died in the collision.
A second party suffered injuries and was rushed to the hospital in an unknown state.
