1 Killed in Temecula Pedestrian Accident on Winchester Road
Temecula, California – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Friday night in Temecula.
The accident happened on Winchester Road just south of Promenade Mall East at around 9:55 p.m., according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Leland Franklin, 39, of Temecula, was struck by a car in unclear circumstances.
Franklin was killed in the accident.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
