1 Killed in Winnetka Crash at Mason Avenue and Saticoy Street
Winnetka, California – A woman was killed and three other people injured in a four-vehicle crash that happened after a police chase in Winnetka on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision happened at the intersection of Mason Avenue and Saticoy Street at around 1:32 p.m.
The chase started when officers noticed a reported stolen Mercedes SUV driven by a man in his 40s.
The suspect reportedly sped up on southbound Manson Avenue and drove straight into the intersection where he collided with a white Tesla traveling west on Saticoy Street.
The impact of the crash caused the Tesla to crash into two other vehicles while the stolen vehicle overturned.
The woman driving the Tesla was killed in the crash.
The drivers of the other two vehicles and the suspect were hospitalized with minor injuries.
The suspect was arrested for vehicular homicide.
More details regarding the crash were not provided.
The accident remains under investigation.

According to the Sacramento Metro Fire District, the accident occurred around 1:50 p.m. at Antelope and Roseville roads.
Three vehicles collided, trapping two occupants in the wreckage.
Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the victims. The patients were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.

Irvine, California: 65-year-old Kenneth Joseph McLeod died after he collided with a car while riding a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Irvine.
The accident was reported around 4:50 p.m. at Alton Parkway and Foster.
Investigators said McLeod was riding a motorcycle southbound on Alton when he ran a red light at Foster and crashed into a Tesla turning left from northbound Alton onto westbound Foster.
The Tesla had a green light at the time of the crash.
McLeod died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Woman on Motorized Wheelchair Hit and Injured by Car in Victorville
Victorville, California: A woman riding a motorized wheelchair was injured when she was hit by a car Thursday morning at an intersection in Victorville.
The accident was reported around 8:48 a.m. at Roy Rogers Drive and Amargosa Road.
Victorville police, firefighters, and AMR responded to the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
A man driving a black Nissan was found at the scene but it was not clear if he was the driver involved in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
