1 Killed in Wrong-Way Collision in Rancho Cucamonga
Rancho Cucamonga, California: One person died, and another was injured in a wrong-way collision that took place early Wednesday morning in Rancho Cucamonga.
Authorities said the crash occurred just after midnight on eastbound Foothill Boulevard near Haven Avenue.
A Tesla sedan and a Toyota Avalon sedan were involved in a head-on crash during a time when one of the cars was traveling the wrong way.
One person died in the crash, and another was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Investigators closed eastbound Foothill Boulevard just before Haven Avenue following the accident.
