1 Killed, Multiple Injured in Collision Involving Several Motorcycles in Borrego Springs
Borrego Springs, California: One person died, and several others were injured in a traffic collision involving several motorcycles that happened Friday evening in Borrego Springs.
Authorities said the collision happened around 8:50 p.m. on State Route 78 near Borrego Springs Road.
Cal Fire San Diego said three motorcycles collided with a car under unclear circumstances.
One adult died in the crash.
Another adult was airlifted to Desert Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries. A teenager was also hospitalized with minor injuries.
Four other victims were evaluated by paramedics and released at the scene.
No other details were given but an investigation is ongoing.
