Oakland Hills, California: One person died, and several others were injured in a traffic collision that happened Sunday morning in Oakland Hills.
According to authorities, the accident was reported around 4:59 a.m. in the 3400 block of northbound Joaquin Miller Road.
An SUV and a sedan were involved in the collision.
One person died in the accident, and five others were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Police officers shut down northbound Joaquin Miller Road during the investigation.
