Lakeview, California: One person suffered major injuries in a motorcycle accident that took place Wednesday evening at an intersection in Lakeview, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision took place around 8:30 p.m. on Ramona Expressway at 6th Street.
A white Toyota Camry collided with a black motorcycle for an unknown reason.
The motorcycle caught fire after the collision.
One person sustained severe injuries in the crash. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and offered medical aid to the victim before taking them to the hospital.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
