Bakersfield, California: One person was sent to the hospital with major injuries after two vehicles collided Tuesday afternoon in northwest Bakersfield.
The incident took place around 2:16 p.m. on Norris Road near Mignonette Street.
A Subaru and a Kia collided in the area for an unknown reason.
One of the cars and wheel debris ended up in a nearby home’s yard.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and took one person to the hospital with major injuries.
