1 Seriously Injured in Barstow Car Crash on I-15
Barstow, California: One person sustained severe injuries in a rollover collision that happened early Thursday morning near Barstow, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision took place around 3:33 a.m. on northbound Interstate 15, north of the Fort Irwin Road on-ramp.
Authorities said a pickup truck and a semi-truck were involved in the wreck.
The pickup truck overturned onto its side, trapping one occupant’s arm underneath.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and freed the victim.
One person was hospitalized with major injuries.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
