Los Angeles, California – At least fourteen people were injured in a traffic collision involving a metro bus on Thursday afternoon near Leimert Park in South Los Angeles.
The accident was reported around 3:40 p.m. on West 39th Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A metro bus, a minivan, an SUV, a sedan and a cargo van were involved in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
Three people sustained moderate injuries and six others had minor injuries.
Five other people including passengers on the bus were evaluated at the scene and released.
