2 Airlifted after Sunday Afternoon Victorville Car Crash
Victorville, California: Two people were critically hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Bear Valley.
At around 5:10 p.m., at least three vehicles, including a white Jeep, a white truck, and a silver sedan, collided at Monte Vista Road and Bear Valley Road for an unknown reason.
Two people suffered critical injuries, and several others sustained minor wounds.
Two helicopters and five ground ambulances were dispatched to the scene to transport the victims to the hospital.
The roadway near the collision scene remained closed as investigators worked the scene.
The cause of the accident was not immediately determined.
