2 Injured in DUI Crash on Highway 63 in Tulare County
Tulare County, California: A woman and a DUI suspect were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Saturday night in Tulare County.
Authorities said a driver suspected of driving under the influence was traveling northbound on Highway 63.
At around 11:30 p.m., the suspect crossed onto the southbound side of the highway near Avenue 392 and collided head-on with two other vehicles.
The DUI driver and a woman in the second car suffered major injuries. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The occupant in the first vehicle was not injured.
Police said they will arrest the DUI suspect when released from the hospital.
